ANIMAUX FORMIDABLES (Garage-fuzz-noise)

Animaux Formidables is a garage-fuzz-noise duo of guitar/vocals and drums, formed in early 2022 to channel a primordial, visceral, and raw instinct.

On stage, they transform into two animal-like creatures, raised on glam, punk, and rock ’n’ roll.

In 2022, they entered the studio with Marco Fasolo to record their debut album We Are All Animals, tracked live on analog tape. Released in 2023 on Go Down Records, the album was hailed as one of the most exciting records on the Italian independent scene.

With nearly 200 shows in three years, Animaux Formidables continue to tour across Italy and Europe, delivering an electrifying performance now infused with new electronic elements. These are showcased on their new EP Call Me Tony, released in January 2025 and once again produced by Marco Fasolo, following the band’s trademark approach: analog recording, live takes, no overdubs, no edits.
