Missa Paschalis – Polish Early Vocal Music Concert

The program centers around Missa Paschalis by a 16th-century Polish composer Marcin Leopolita. This five-movement Mass cycle is complemented by Gregorian chants for Easter Sunday, along with several pieces inspired by traditional Old Polish church songs.

The program will be performed by pół.chór – ensemble founded in Wrocław (Poland) by a group of singers looking for new possibilities of expression in the world of vocal music. Pół.chór focuses on early music, as well as on music created today.
